A few of us Head-Admins and Developers were just browsing through the Ban list, and we started to see a lot of repeat offenders. So we thought to ourselves, lets see who has the most repeat offenses, and what we found was astonishing. We realized a select few people had 20+ bans on record, all legitimate, and most of them were repeat offenses. Seeing this we decided to set a limit to the amount of bans you can receive in the community. From now on anybody with 15 or more legitimate bans will be permanently banned. We do not need people in our community that cannot understand simple rules, and follow them.
tl;dl - 15 bans = perm ban

I have browsed through our commands and I am pretty sure that there is a cmd for how many bnas, but I tried it and it didn't work. :l

Agreed with RANDOM^SHOTZ 15 is to much. How many chances are you willing to give someone just to hopefully make them stop breaking the rules and spoiling the fun for everyone in the server ? It should be about 4-8 bans until permanent ban.

Just curious, what server(s) were those people in? Hella easier to get banned from jailbreak than anything else

I already suggested IP banning pimp_steve, but he can change his IP. So :P
Idk about the 400 bans. I looked at people with 10 or more bans and saw someone with over 400 previous bans.

Well, you don't really need to IP ban steve if he keeps changing his IP, so just ban his neighbourhood ? If he still gets on ban his state :P

You are kidding right? I say it stands at 15. For one, our bans are over all servers so if this person plays multiple servers, he is bound to get one or two in each when he is new to the mod (as he will not fully understand the rules at first).

Mike, 15 is a bit much for a single server. It should be 8 or so bans per server. Like if a player only plays JB, once he gets 8 or so bans in JB, he would be perm banned. Or something like that cause 15 bans for the same reason in the same server is a bit much.
